Thank you for your interest in the NHO Leadership Development Program. This program is designed to identify and develop promising employees by building leadership skills and their capacity to excel, both personally and professionally, in their roles and in the organization.
The NHO Leadership Team will review all applications and will carefully select NHO staff to complete the program. Please know that there is a limited number of spots open for this program.
This is designed to be a one-year program with approximately one session per month. Sessions may range anywhere from one hour to a half day. Many sessions will take place during work hours but some may take place outside of normal business hours. A detailed schedule will be provided to all selected participants before they are required to commit to the program.
This program will feature several different sessions conducted by leadership development professionals in the area as well as sessions led by the NHO Leadership Team.
