The Fall Risk Screening Clinic will be held on Saturday, November 4 at the NHO Support Center (4001 Pioneer Woods Drive, Lincoln) from 8-11 a.m. Those attending will be able to speak with a physical therapist to talk about their fall risk and will be able to test their balance and lower extremity strength. In addition, they will be able to check their blood pressure, visit with a home health physicial therapist, and an occupational therapist.
Everyone attending should be able to walk at least around their home, either with or without a cane or a walker. The clinic is free but registration is required by filling out the form below:
